School Standards

Policies

TFA Flight Academy policies protect safety, scheduling fairness, aircraft readiness, and clear expectations for students, renters, instructors, and guests.

Scheduling and cancellation

Students and renters should schedule responsibly, arrive on time, and communicate changes as early as possible. Weather, maintenance, instructor availability, or safety concerns may require rescheduling.

Training conduct

Students are expected to arrive prepared, follow instructor direction, use checklists, respect aircraft and facilities, and maintain professional conduct with staff, instructors, and other students.

Payment and records

Balances, packages, rental charges, instructor time, and other fees must be handled according to current school agreements and account records. Signed agreements and current invoices control over general website descriptions.

Safety authority

TFA may delay, discontinue, or deny a flight when weather, aircraft status, documentation, conduct, readiness, or operational judgment creates an unacceptable risk.
